Ebury Bridge Renewal Masterplan

A new masterplan delivering 781 homes with 50% affordable, for Westminster

Ebury Estate Renewal is currently one of the largest and most significant regeneration projects in Westminster, delivering 781 central London homes, of which 50% will be affordable. The project sets new standards in how large-scale central London estate regeneration is undertaken, from engaging with residents to reaching new targets for sustainability.

The design of the masterplan, form and orientation of buildings has been tuned to optimise for daylight and sunlight, bringing a high level of natural light to the open spaces as well as the homes. The design and systems have dramatically reduced its carbon footprint. Heating and cooling carbon emissions will be 10% of the estates current emissions.

The new development will set a standard for Westminster’s ground-breaking vision for the new Ebury Bridge Estate, delivering exceptional design quality.
