Ebury Bridge Phase 2

Masterplan, Civic & Culture, Residential

Ebury Bridge Phase 2a

Phase 2a buildings and landscape, will provide around 250 additional homes for Westminster

Following the success of Phase 1 of the Ebury Bridge renewal project, Phase 2a will deliver an additional 250 homes to the development. This phase will also provide outdoor spaces for residents, including both resident private and shared areas, as well as a public realm, workspaces, retail and community space.

Design principles enable flexibility and equality across the site. The delivery of homes will contribute to 50% affordable properties across the masterplan, with a large percentage of family homes.

The creation of a new Northern Gateway will provide access to the public realm and will eventually create the north to south link through the masterplan, integrating the mixed-use scheme. The first of the front buildings will be delivered in this phase, providing community space to the public square and contributing to the new retail frontage on Ebury Bridge Road.
