Ebury Bridge Phase 1
Phase 1 delivers 2 buildings and landscape, providing 226 homes for Westminster
The Ebury Estate Regeneration project is currently the largest and most significant regeneration project in Westminster, delivering over 750 homes in central London, with 50% of these being affordable housing. The first stage of the project has established new standards in how large-scale central London estate regeneration is undertaken, from community engagement to reaching new sustainability targets. The Ebury Estate is one of only three schemes in the UK to achieve BREEAM communities OUTSTANDING.
Phase 1 of the Ebury Bridge Estate has primarily delivered new homes for returning residents, offered through a variety of tenure opportunities. The scheme has delivered two of the nine masterplan building plots, including a new public-realm garden square and podium amenity. The first phase of homes was completed in 2025.
The new development has set a standard for Westminster’s ground-breaking vision for the new Ebury Bridge Estate, delivering exceptional design quality.
